"I just wanted to send an e-mail thanking the service department, especially Frank Ritacco. On Aug. 17th i received a frantic call from my wife informing me her engine light was on in her 07 Tahoe. I was out of town and was not able to get the vehicle to a dealer. My wife was at work in Plainfield, so i contacted your dealer. The service department was happy to help. and even picked up the tahoe from my wife’s work, as well as brought the vehicle back when the repair was completed. I was very impressed with the courtesy Frank and the service department gave to my family. I will definitely keep your dealship in mind when in the market for a new vehicle. Many thanks."

"My wife Iris and I recently purchased a used Volvo S60 from your Plainfield Chevvy dealership. I must say the whole experience was very pleasing. The way we were treated was exceptional. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff we met and treated with respect throughout.
I have bought many used cars over the years (and new ones occasionally) and this was probably the best experience we had. Your staff were courteous and knowledgeable and the whole process was conducted very smoothly and with great professionalism and a good degree of humour too !! We would like to extend our thanks to all the staff we met, but in particular Brion Parrish and Chester Patterson, who were most helpful and made our parting of several thousand dollars a very pleasant experience !!
After we drove away, had a tiny issue with the car and although outside the scope of what we agreed, (the speaker grills in the rear doors were 'buggered') your staff agreed to fix it as a good will gesture. Once again when we arrived for this work to be carried out, the Service department were Courteous and completed the job in a short space of time. Thank you for that - we are very grateful to you.
It's easy to complain but I just wanted you to know you have satisfied customer in us, and we will recommend you to anyone we speak to.

"I recently purchased a 2011 Chevy Silverado. I received a phone call as a follow up and I assume to complete the survey. Unfortunately do to poor cell phone reception the call was dropped. I just wanted to say that the gentleman Chester I had worked with was awesome and would rte him the highest rating in everything. I was also very pleased with the service and i can say this is the only positive experience I have ever had with purchasing a car. I phoned ahead on Friday as I had a short window of time and as with anyone else my time is very limited, especially since i live an hour away in Dekalb. Everything was ready to go!!! Keep doing what it is you are doing! I have already recommended you to friends as the local car dealer does not have a customer friendly reputation.
Only negative I would have had and this is mainly because it is a pet peeve is the gentleman, Derek I believe when I was singing papers was chewing gum. He was very friendly and got me in and out with the papers which was greatly appreciated."
